1. Introduction
The UGC at Home Method ("we," "us" or "our") runs ugcathome.com (the "Site"). Our emails come from addresses at ugcathome.com (the same domain). The company that runs the Site is named in our Terms of Service. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have when you visit the Site, take the quiz, leave your email address, buy, or use the members area.
2. Information We Collect
Information You Give Us
- Order information: Your first name, last name and email address at checkout. We save them as soon as you enter them, before you pay, so we can remind you about an unfinished order. Your card details go directly to Whop, our payment processor and merchant of record; we never see or store your full card number.
- Quiz, sign-up and support: Your first name, email address and quiz answers if you take the quiz; your email address if you ask for something free on the Site; your email address when you sign in to the members area; and your email and message when you write to support.
Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: The pages you visit and the steps you take on them, such as starting checkout; the page or ad that sent you, including campaign tags in the link; your browser and device type; your approximate country and state; and a random ID kept in your browser. Once you've given your email, we store it in your browser and attach it to the page events we record. When you buy, we also record your IP address and browser so Meta can match the purchase to our ads. When you sign in to the members area or download a file, we record the date and time, your IP address and your browser.
- Cookies and tracking: We use cookies and similar technologies to run checkout and the members area, to measure the Site, and for Meta advertising. See Cookies and Tracking below.

4. Who We Share It With
We share your information with these service providers, only for the purposes described:
- Whop — Payment processing and merchant of record. Whop collects your card details and processes your payment directly, and its tracking pixel loads on our pages. Whop Privacy Policy
- Resend — Sends our emails and receives the emails you send to support, which are then forwarded to our team's own inbox. Resend Privacy Policy
- Vercel — Hosts the Site and its functions, and stores the product files. Our records, such as orders, unfinished orders, sign-ins and downloads, are kept in a database run by Neon. The people who run the Site get internal alerts about orders, refunds and email problems through Slack, and an alert can include your email address. Vercel Privacy Policy
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — Advertising and measurement, through the Meta Pixel on our pages and Meta's Conversions API, which receives purchase events from our server. Meta Privacy Policy
Google Fonts serves the Site's typefaces, so Google receives your IP address and browser. We do not sell your personal information. Apart from the providers above, we share it only when the law requires it, or as evidence in a payment dispute, as our Terms of Service explain.
5. How Long We Keep It
- Purchase records: Kept for as long as we need them to give you access and support, and to meet legal duties such as tax records. Records of your sign-ins and downloads are kept with them.
- Unfinished orders: If you leave your email address at checkout, in the quiz or for something free, and don't buy, we send a few reminders at most, within 7 days, and delete that record about 45 days after you left it. If you unsubscribe, we keep your email address on a do-not-email list so we don't write to you again.
- Analytics data: Page events are kept in our database to measure the Site and our ads. We haven't set a fixed deletion date for them yet; when we do, this page will say so.
6. Cookies and Tracking
We use these cookies and similar technologies:
- Essential cookies: Needed for checkout, for the order pages after you pay, and to keep you signed in to the members area on that device for up to 90 days.
- Measurement: A random ID kept in your browser that lets us count visits and see which pages and ads lead to orders.
- Meta Pixel: Records page views, checkout steps and purchases so Meta can measure our ads and show ads to people likely to find them useful. You can limit how Meta uses this information in your Facebook Ad Settings.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have these rights:
- Access: Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction: Ask us to correct information that's wrong.
- Deletion: Ask us to delete your personal information, except what we must keep by law, such as tax records.
- Opt-out: Stop tip and reminder emails with the link in any of them, and limit Meta tracking (see Cookies and Tracking).

8. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:
- HTTPS encryption on every page
- Card payments handled entirely by Whop
- Keys and passwords for our services kept in our hosting platform's settings, not in the Site's code
- Sign-in by one-time codes and links that expire after 20 minutes, limits on repeated sign-in attempts, and every download checked against your purchase
No way of sending information over the internet is completely secure. We work to protect your information, but we can't guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's Privacy
The Site is for adults and is not directed at children under 16. You must be 18 or older to buy. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you think a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Where Your Information Is Processed
Your information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where we or our service providers operate. By using the Site, you agree to your information being transferred to those countries.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version.
